  • Additional 30 minutes added to Established Patient Followup Exam/Consult

  • This service is ONLY for established patients who have been seen within the last 6 months to 1 year, and is on a case by case basis and at the discretion of the doctor.

    • The purpose of telemedicine is for follow up on current conditions, general or specific questions about your animal’s health, professional advise on specific concerns or conditions that do not require a hands on exam/visit.

    • Telemedicine is not intended to ‘find out if your pet needs to be seen.’ The general guideline is that if you are concerned enough to ask the question, then you should more than likely schedule an exam. If you still need to ask the question, please contact us via email or text. Note our response will be in the form of either ‘no your pet does not need to be seen, but you may want to schedule a telemedicine consult OR ‘yes your pet should be evaluated in person by a house call visit or at a brick an mortar clinic, urgent care, or ER visit"‘

    • There area some conditions or concerns that simply require an eyes and hands-on visit to adequately evaluate and give appropriate guidance.

    • There is a time limit to the base fee for the telemedicine consult. If the consult goes beyond this base time, there is an additional per minute charge.

  • Includes Quality of Life Exam and Consultation

    • Euthanasia and body care is an additional and separate service from a quality of life visit; but both can be options within the same visit pending the outcome of our consultation

  • Includes a brief exam, pre-euthanasia sedation, and euthanasia.

    • The visit is typically scheduled for up to a 1 hour visit, but there is no rush.

    • If you require more time to be with your animal during this visit, please request to discuss this option during appointment scheduling

    • Body care is available as a separate charge. Please contact us to discuss fees and additional questions for your specific situation

  • Post-Euthanasia Bereavement Visit

We understand that saying goodbye is never easy. Our post-euthanasia visit is designed to provide a supportive space for you in the days following your pet's passing.

This home visit allows for a dedicated time to discuss how you and your remaining pets are coping with the loss. It is a chance to debrief, share memories, and ask any lingering questions you may have.
